This is the begining of our stage as a professional studio in south america,  in partnership with the famous studio  “wasserman & baylac” from  Buenos  Aires.
An 11 floors + 2 basements building,  located in “palermo soho”, in one of the most interesting corners of this  tendency neighborhood, in the center of  argentine capital.
The formal scheme  of the  structural skin which wraps up  the  building,  refers to the always present sense of  “roots”,  personal historical roots, roots as “becoming rooted” and growth, roots to break, roots to produce new  things, roots to enjoy  formal, architectural  and  significant final results.
Two groups of argentine professionals, half settled in bs as and half in milan. the combination of professionalism, technical and commercial force add to the creative intensity. in this way: art, craftsmanship, contemporary technique, commericial and business ability,  allow  the birth of this rich architectural volume.
