The refurbishment of the 4 storey, 2000 sq. mt building situated in Via dei Giardini, on the corner with Via Fatebenefratelli, follows the concept of ‘cleanliness and order’ of space  in the widest sense of the word. Few features were needed on each floor to transform these offices into retail space. Transparency in space arrangement, continuity in flooring and aesthetic rigour in wall finishing characterise the atmosphere of this multi-purpose “factory’.
